This Privacy Notice explains how Hellenic Royale Pty Ltd (ABN 24 690 311 865), trading as The Simulation Architects, handles personal information. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hellenic Royale Pty Ltd.
We are committed to handling personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This notice describes our practices for this website and for enquiries and engagements conducted through it.

The information we collect
We collect personal information that you choose to give us. Through this website, that is the information you enter into the contact form: your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. If you contact us by email or phone, or meet with us, we collect the information you provide in that correspondence or discussion.
If we enter an engagement with you or your organisation, we collect the information reasonably necessary to scope, contract, deliver and administer that engagement, including contact details, billing details, and information contained in the material you ask us to work on.
Our website infrastructure and its security services may automatically log limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for the purposes of operating and securing the site.
We do not collect sensitive information, such as health information or information about your political opinions or beliefs, through this website, and we ask that you do not include it in enquiries.
How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you: through the contact form, by email, by phone, or in meetings. We do not buy personal information, and we do not collect it from data brokers.
You may make a general enquiry anonymously or using a pseudonym if you prefer. We will need your actual contact details before we can respond substantively or enter an engagement.
Why we collect it
We collect, hold and use personal information to:
- respond to your enquiry and correspond with you;
- assess, scope, contract, deliver and administer engagements;
- maintain the security of our website and systems, including preventing spam and misuse;
- meet our legal, accounting, insurance and regulatory obligations; and
- establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent, and any commercial electronic messages we send comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), including a working unsubscribe facility.
Who we disclose it to
We disclose personal information only where necessary for the purposes above, and only to:
- service providers that host this website, process form submissions, provide our email and document systems, and provide the verification service that protects the contact form from automated abuse;
- providers of the AI-enabled tools used in delivering our services;
- professional advisers, including legal, accounting and insurance advisers, under obligations of confidentiality; and
- courts, regulators or government agencies where the law requires or authorises disclosure.
Some service providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where information is disclosed to an overseas provider, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We use secure software tools, including AI-enabled tools operated under the direction of our founders, in delivering our services. These tools are configured so that information handled through them is not used to train the providers’ AI models, and it remains subject to the confidentiality and security practices described in this notice.
How we hold and protect it
We take reasonable steps, including technical and organisational measures, to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Those steps include access controls, encrypted transmission, and confidentiality obligations within our team and with our providers.
We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will assess and respond consistently with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where required.
Cookies and analytics
This website is designed to operate with minimal tracking. The security verification on our contact form may set strictly necessary cookies or use similar storage to function. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or misleading. We will respond within a reasonable period. We may decline access in the limited circumstances the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) permits, and if we do, we will tell you why.
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, contact us first and we will investigate and respond within a reasonable period, ordinarily within 30 days.
